Bow-drill Lessons
I offer lessons in primitive fire making for individuals and small groups. If you've ever wanted to be able to make fire by rubbing sticks together then wait no longer because you can learn everything you need to construct a working kit from scratch and get all the way through to blowing that tinder bundle into flames in just a few lessons.

Tracking Lessons
Animal Tracking is a fun filled adventure that helps us learn to see nature with new eyes. Discover the mysteries and worlds of activity taking place all around you by looking at the tracks and sign of wild animals. Come explore the beaches and forests of Nova Scotia to discover just how much goes on below the surface in nature.

Guided Nature Walks
Nature is all around us if we can only slow down enough to observe and see it. On my guided nature walks I'll introduce you to a whole new way of approaching a walk through nature. As we slow down and really tune our senses you'll discover a new way of appreciating the moment.

Monthly Nature Based Mentoring

Telephone mentoring is like a distance version of my monthly nature based mentoring. Each week you'll get takeaway activities and questions to work with. By sharing your stories and having good questions asked of you it draws you to go deeper into nature as time goes on.
